  • Ensure we are easily contactable at all reasonable times, within and outside normal working hours
  • Any communication to the office will be dealt with quickly and efficiently, without exception

  • Look professional, wearing the appropriate clothing which where possible should be kept in a clean/presentable condition

  • If we are unable to provide exactly what the customer requests we will be innovative and suggest relevant alternatives
  • Ensure we are easily contactable at all reasonable times, within and outside normal working hours
  • Suggest alternative methods of working if we believe these to be less time-consuming or to reduce costs, without affecting efficiency or quality
